Interesting thing is that Texas is #5 in the computers... behind Cincy and TCU. TCU has a showdown with #16 Utah this week which would probably boost them higher.

Of course some of it makes sense in that UT has played a darn weak schedule this year.

So has f-ing FLORIDA. Who do you thank for that? Alabama hasnt really played anyone outside their conf. either

Thank the rest of the Big 12 for laying some goose eggs this year .... Okie State lets UH beat them at home, OU has lost 4 games?????, Texas Tech has been up and down ...... Nebraska has no offense ..... Kansas State is in the lead in the Big 12 North in Snyders first year back???? .....

Remember Arkansas and Utah backed out of scheduled games with us this year so you can't really blame Mack for that either as they would both be respectable opponents.

We need to hope one team in the North wins out to the Title game so they will be decently ranked .... but the main thing is just win out.

I am one who likes to poke at the nerds. Some of their stuff really makes no sense. I however believe an undefeated Ut will play the winner of the Alabama Florida game. I hope it is Alabma. I hate Saban more by the minute.

Lol ...too bad 'the computers' couldn't watch the Alabama game and see it for the sorry-as*ed game it was, not to mention the little bit of help from the officials for Alabama there later on ...

That's just one reason you've got to bite your lip when you realize those numbers in a vacuum actually affect teams' futures.
